What does CERTICOM provide?
Entrepreneurs of work placement companies can visit the website and subscribe themselves as a work placement company. Besides they can see when trainees are interested in a work placement in their company or contact trainees directly to get them interested in a work placement in their company. At this moment only work placement companies for the hotel, restaurant and leisure sector are available.
For the mentor/coach within the work placement company, the website offers “do it yourself” instruments. These instruments can help the company to prepare, monitor and assess the work placement of the trainee within the work placement company. The instruments can be adapted to the needs of the company or VET provider.
Trainees can find their own work placement companies via the database on the website. Besides the students can share their experiences of a work placement with others via the Europass CV and the feedback form.
