In order to guarantee a professional environment for the trainees, your company has to comply with certain basic criteria, before being accredited by the database as a workplacement. For example offering a safe learning environment and having experience and time to coach the trainee. Registering your company in the database means that you agree with the criteria.

How to become a certified training company ?

If you want your company to become a workplacement company for students from abroad, you first have to register your company in the database. After filling in the company information, you have to define the profile of your company, the learning environment and the professions where the trainees can apply for. It is important to fill in this information carefully, as this information will be used by the search engine of the database.  Please feel free to use the manual.

My company is registered as a workplacement company...and then?
If your company is added to the database, you are responsible for keeping the company information up to date. You will receive an e-mail that prompt you to check and update your company information on regular basis. As a workplacement company you will automatically receive an e-mail with CV of the students who want to apply for a traineeship in your company. You can contact them directly. After the workplacement period, you will be contacted via e-mail to give feedback on the workplacement period of the trainee in your company. As a workplacement company you have also the responsibility to coach and evaluate the trainee during the workplacement period.
